Mostly-Filler.org was purchased on June 1, 2004. For some reason I felt the need for another domain and when I thought of this one I simply could not wait. With some help from Yasmine, I got it! I decided to move my blog and personal stuff over here while keeping my fanlistings on Likely Story.
Why is it called Mostly Filler? It stems from my obsession with Buffy the Vampire Slayer. On November 6, 2001 they aired the episode Once More, With Feeling. During the song Walk Through the Fire Willow has the line: "I think this line's mostly filler..." Hence the domain.

Above you'll see an image of the first layout of this site. It featured Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe and Gary Oldman with pictures from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. I absolutely adored the movie and needed a layout for it. Granted, everyone else and their grandmas had an HP layout at the time, but oh well, I loved mine. It was made in Adobe Photoshop 6 with pictures from OutNow. The layout was up between June 7, 2004 and July 11, 2004.

From July 11th to September 9th the featured layout was King Arthur. Well, Arthur and Guinevere. The two characters were my favorite parts of the film and I really wanted to feature them. I meant to take it down sooner but things got hectic. I made it in Adobe Photoshop 6 with pictures from OutNow.

From September 9th to October 24th the site featured a Buffy the Vampire Slayer layout. I used screen captures from the episode Once More, With Feeling that I took myself. The screen captures were from the scene Walk Through the Fire, from which this site got it's name.

From October 24th until January 2nd, 2005 the layout featured screen captures from Jude Law's appearance on Saturday Night Live. The screen captures were taken by Kim.

Layout five was up from January 2, 2005 to February 11, 2005. It featured images of Han Solo and Princess Leia from Star Wars, episodes five and six. I took the screen captures myself from my Star Wars DVDs.

Layout six was online from February 11, 2005 until April 30, 2005. It featured the very handsome Ben Affleck and was the first time I did a layout on this domain without iframes.

Layout seven featured Lauren Graham, best known as Lorelai on Gilmore Girls. This layout stayed up longer than any other I'd ever had, from April 30, 2005 until October 23, 2005.

Layout eight, which was up from October 23, 2005 to May 4, 2006, featured Sean Maher. Sean player Dr. Simon Tam on the sadly short lived Firefly. In late 2005 he was seen in the spin-off film Serenity.

The ninth layout featured Keira Knightley, with pictures from I think Vogue. I quite like Keira, I think at her age she's put together quite a resume that seems to say there's a lot more in her and she's going to continue to have an interesting career. It was up between May 5, 2006 to October 25, 2006.

From October 25, 2006 until February 15, 2007 the layout featured very dark but lovely pictures of Kirsten Dunst from a magazine called Another Magazine.

The eleventh layout was up from February 15, 2007 until July 5, 2007. It featured some of my favorite pictures of Jude Law, my favorite actor. It was a fun layout.

Jennifer Garner is lovely and adorned this site from July 5, 2007 until January 31, 2008. A very long time. Much longer than I thought she was there for. Anyway, she's awesome. You know her from the show Alias, playing Elektra in both Daredevil and Elektra, 13 Going on 30 and Academy Award nominee Juno!

Lucky layout thirteen featured the lovely French actress Marion Cotillard. It perhaps was lucky because she unexpectedly won an Oscar for her magnificent portrayel of Edith Piaf in La Mome. She was also in the French film Love Me If You Dare and appeared in Tim Burton's Big Fish. She will next appear opposite Johnny Depp and Christian Bale in Public Enemies. It was up from January 31 to May 11, 2008.

For an entire year and a little bit more, the wonderful Zach Gilford was featured in the layout on this site. May 11, 2008 until May 16, 2009. Shocking, I know, but he plays Matt Saracen, who is incredibely and wonderfully awesome on NBC's Friday Night Lights.

Layout fifteen was, sadly, shortlived. I just found something else I wanted to do with the site. It featured Chris Pine, who starred in the summer blockbuster Star Trek. You may also remember him from the second Princess Diaries movie, Royal Engagement. It was up from May 16, 2009 until September 11, 2009.
